you acknowledge that you are over 18 when making a call to our centre and when booking in a session. You acknowledge that you will always act with respect and be curteous to all our staff both on the phone and in person. And that you will behave within respectable boundaries when in a session with a practitioner. That you will tell the practitioner of any illnesses prior to your session.
